Joglo carving, interior and exterior doors are made of teak wood and are especially manufactured for this project on the island of Java. With their unique hand carvings they are a real work of art.
The houses in the gated complex have a high quality solid parquet; panoramic 3-meter tall and energy-saving windows and electric black-out blinds for complete darkness, accompanied by linen curtains.
The bathrooms have an inner and an outer part, beige marble and smart bath products by Kohler – USA
In order to obtain a more exotic appearance, the designer has chosen the bathtubs to be on the outside of the bathrooms in order to enjoy the beautiful flora whilst relaxing in a bath.

Designer furniture is made entirely of solid wood, which combines their long durability in humid climates and their sophisticated appearance
The decoration and Asian lamps are from the island of Bali, and the carpets are made of natural materials, coming from the island of Sumatra. The whole project is almost entirely made of natural materials.
The property is made in the Joglo style, which is characterized by a separate representative day house, in the middle of which, on 5-metre solid teak columns, there is this breathtaking carving of 15 sq.m. (photo)
