We can list and advertise your property free of charge as long as you give us a mandate to sell your property for a period of one year. There are no costs involved until we manage to conclude a sale.
Your property will be advertised on our website www.arrivaseychelles.com and we will take the necessary pictures. We also advertise in the local newspapers (Nation & Today). Daily in Nation and a full page colour featured property advert monthly in Today.
If you are looking to rent your property, there are no fees to be paid until a lease agreement has been signed.
